I’ve graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University and hold the Academic Degree of PhD in Law.

I specialize in civil and tax law matters and perform the duties of the member of the Expert Council on Improving Tax Legislation and Law Enforcement Practices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
